Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, resellable condition.
Ship the Package
Send your parcel using a tracked shipping service of your choice; please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
